应用2号染色体特异性探针进行荧光原位杂交,研究60Coγ射线照射诱发人外周血淋巴细胞染色体的易位畸变。结果表明,离体照射诱发的畸变率与剂量呈现良好的相关。60Co辐射事故受照者在照后第6、7年的易位畸变率保持相对稳定,约占照后立即检测双+环畸变率的40%~50%,并且易位畸变率与最初照射剂量相关良好。
Fluorescence in situ hybridization with chromosome 2-specific probes was used to investigate the chromosomal translocation aberrations induced by 60Co γ -ray in human peripheral blood lymphocytes. The results show that the rate of aberration induced by irradiation in vitro and dose showed a good correlation. The 60Co radiation incident respondents in the 6th and 7th years after the translocation distortion rate remained relatively stable, about 40% ~ 50% double ring distortion rate immediately after taking the photo, and the frequency of the translocation distortion and the initial dose Good related.
