针对航空发动机等高速流体机械中流体动密封部位的工况特点,提出一种新型的端柱面组合气膜密封形式.根据气膜密封的结构特点,建立了端柱面螺旋槽组合式密封气膜的数学分析模型.采用CFD分析软件Fluent对气膜三维流场模型以湍流流动形式进行数值模拟计算.研究了密封气膜几何结构参数变化对密封稳态特性(端面承载力Fd、柱面承载力Fc、泄漏量Q、摩擦转矩M)的影响.几何结构参数包括端面平均膜厚、端面槽深比、柱面平均膜厚、柱面偏心率、柱面槽深比、柱面槽宽比.
Aiming at the working conditions of fluid dynamic sealing parts in high-speed fluid machinery such as aeroengine, a new type of end-cylinder combined gas-film sealing is proposed.According to the structural characteristics of the gas-tight sealing, a combination of end-cylinder spiral groove sealing gas The mathematical model of the membrane was analyzed.The CFD analysis software Fluent was used to simulate the three-dimensional gas flow field in the form of turbulent flow.The influence of the geometrical parameters of the gas seal on the steady state characteristics of the seal (end bearing capacity Fd, Force Fc, amount of leakage Q, friction torque M) .The geometric parameters include the average thickness of the end face, the aspect ratio of the face, the average thickness of the cylinder, the eccentricity of the cylinder, the ratio of the groove depth of the cylinder, the width of the cylinder ratio.
