为进一步阐明碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (basic fibroblast growth factor,b FGF)在胚泡着床中的生物学作用 ,本文采用免疫组织化学的方法检测了 b FGF及其受体在小鼠早期妊娠子宫中的分布状况。结果显示 :b FGF及其受体广泛分布于子宫内膜各种细胞中 ,其分布呈现出明显的阶段性变化。受精后 4~ 5 d,b FGF及其受体在子宫内膜上皮和腺上皮中呈阳性反应。随胚泡植入的进行 ,b FGF及其受体在蜕膜细胞中的表达逐渐增加 ,至受精后 d8达到高峰。结果提示 ,b FGF可能是小鼠胚泡着床过程中的一个重要调节因子
To further elucidate the biological role of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in embryo implantation, immunohistochemistry was used to detect the effect of bFGF and its receptor on early pregnancy in mice Uterus distribution. The results showed that: b FGF and its receptors are widely distributed in various endometrial cells, the distribution showed a significant stage change. 4 to 5 days after fertilization, b FGF and its receptor in the endometrial epithelium and glandular epithelial positive reaction. With blastocyst implantation, the expression of bFGF and its receptor in decidual cells gradually increased, reaching a peak at d8 after fertilization. The results suggest that b FGF may be an important regulator of mouse blastocyst implantation
