目的:探讨颅内动静脉畸形(AVM)动物模型的栓塞可行性。方法:经颈动静脉吻合等建立以猪的颅底微血管网(ReM)为畸形团的AVM模型,分别用微粒和NBCA栓塞,取ReM、颈动静脉吻合口和脑做病理观察。结果:急性期见细胞变性坏死,中性白细胞浸润和血栓形成等。亚急性、慢性期为单核、异物巨细胞和淋巴细胞浸润,组织变性、增生和纤维化等。结论:ReM和人脑AVM栓塞病理改变相似,可用于栓塞病理研究。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility of embolization in animal models of intracranial arteriovenous malformations (AVM). Methods: The AVM model with abnormal cranial basement microvascular network (ReM) was established by carotid artery and vein anastomosis. Embolization was performed with microparticles and NBCA respectively. ReM, carotid artery anastomosis and brain were observed. Results: Acute cell degeneration and necrosis, neutrophil infiltration and thrombosis. Subacute, chronic mononuclear, foreign body giant cells and lymphocytes infiltration, tissue degeneration, proliferation and fibrosis. Conclusion: ReM and human brain AVM embolization pathological changes similar, can be used for embolic pathology.
