针对管材弧形试样截面形状特殊、面积计算复杂的情况,利用GB/T228-2002《金属材料室温拉伸试验方法》中完整的面积计算公式对抗拉强度进行计算和不确定度评定,并将计算结果与采用简化公式所得数据进行对比发现,采用完整计算公式可得到较为精确的计算结果,其不确定度较小,是实际应用中计算抗拉强度及不确定度更准确的方法。
Aiming at the special shape and complicated area calculation of arc specimen, the calculation of tensile strength and the evaluation of the uncertainty are made by using the complete area calculation formula in GB / T228-2002 “Tensile Test Method of Metallic Materials at Room Temperature” Comparing the calculated result with the data obtained by using the simplified formula, it is found that a more accurate calculation result can be obtained by using the complete calculation formula, and the less uncertainty is a more accurate method for calculating the tensile strength and the uncertainty in practical applications.
