铸铁低压阀门铜密封面,在国内外都采用单面燕尾过盈配合的铜圈镶配结构。镶配处易松动,导致铜圈圈脚泄漏(见图)。采用氧乙炔焰喷焊铜基粉末制造阀体密封面,取代铜圈镶配结构,解决了泄漏问题。经过2000余台低压阀门加工,产品试压合格率达100%。这不仅提高了产品质量,而且可节约有色金属60%以上,使生产成本下降5%。据初步考核,阀门使用寿命可提高2~3倍以上。
Cast iron low-pressure valve copper sealing surface, both at home and abroad have adopted a single swallowtail interference with copper ring inlay structure. Fitted with the Department easily loose, leading to copper ring foot leakage (see photo). Oxyacetylene flame spray welding copper-based powder used to create the valve body sealing surface, instead of copper ring set with the structure to solve the problem of leakage. After more than 2000 units of low-pressure valve processing, the product pressure test pass rate of 100%. This not only improves product quality, but also saves more than 60% of non-ferrous metals, reducing the cost of production by 5%. According to preliminary assessment, the valve life can be increased by 2 to 3 times.
