目的:探讨丙种球蛋白治疗小儿全身炎症反应综合症。方法:两组患儿均采用对因治疗、对症治疗及保护脏器功能,治疗组加用丙种球蛋白(英文名:γ-globulin、gamma globulin;别名:免疫血清球蛋白,普通免疫球蛋白,人血丙种球蛋白,丙种球蛋白,静脉注射用人免疫球蛋白p H4;批号:20100624、20101203、20110729、20120319、20120927)静脉滴注,剂量为400mg/kg,每日1次,连用3天。结果:治疗效果很好,全部治愈,用药过程中未见任何不良反应发生,显示该疗法安全、有效。结论:丙种球蛋白中Ig G分子的FC段可竞争性结合巨噬细胞表面Ig GFC受体,使巨噬细胞不能再通过FC片段结合自身抗原-自身抗体FC片段,从而抑制炎性细胞因子的产生。
Objective: To investigate the immunoglobulin gamma in children with systemic inflammatory response syndrome. CONCLUSION: FC segment of Ig G molecule in gamma globulin competitively binds to Ig GFC receptor on macrophages, preventing macrophages from binding to the autoantibody-autoantibody FC fragment via FC fragments, thereby inhibiting the expression of inflammatory cytokines produce.
