由于目前关于动车组运用计划的计算机自动编制,其算法只能生成较优而非最优的动车组运用计划,故展开对动车组运用计划的优选研究.在吸收及修正前人关于动车组运用评价指标的基础上,明确了动车组运用计划的评价标准,确定了评价函数,并采用能同时反映主客观信息的主客观赋权法解决客运专线动车组运用计划的优选决策问题,构造算例验证此法,具有简便可行且可操作性强的特点.
Due to the current automatic compilation of the EMU plan, the algorithm can only generate a better but not optimal EMU operation plan, therefore, the optimal study on the EMU operation plan is launched.On the basis of absorbing and modifying the predecessors’ Based on the evaluation index, the evaluation criteria of EMU operation plan are defined, the evaluation function is determined, and the optimal decision-making problem of EMU operation plan is solved by subjective and objective weighting method which can reflect the subjective and objective information simultaneously. Verify this method, with simple and feasible and operable features.
