在钛合金等难切削材料车削和拉削加工过程中,对切削温度进行试验研究有着十分重要的意义。本文介绍了进行车削和模拟拉削时,测定变形区平均切削温度的自然热电偶法,并介绍了消除附加电动势的方法和热电偶电动势的标定装置,给出了各种刀具材料和工件材料组合的温差电动势标定曲线。本文就切削用量(v、s、t)、工件材料和刀具材料对平均切削温度的影响进行了试验研究,并对结果作了分析,这将有助于正确选择合理的切削条件和刀具材料。
In the process of turning and broaching of difficult-to-cut materials, such as titanium alloy, it is very important to study the cutting temperature. This paper introduces the natural thermocouple method for determining the average cutting temperature in the deformation zone for turning and simulated broaching, introduces the method of eliminating the additional electromotive force and the calibration device for the thermocouple electromotive force, and presents various combinations of tool materials and workpiece materials The temperature difference emf calibration curve. In this paper, the effects of cutting amount (v, s, t), workpiece material and tool material on the average cutting temperature were experimentally studied and the results were analyzed, which would help to select the correct cutting conditions and tool materials.
