每个学生成长的环境不同,每个人的认知、情感和意志上也会有一定的不同,使学生在接受事物的程度、心理特点和行为方式上有所不同,这种个体差异是客观存在的.因此,高中物理的教学中,只有尊重学生的个性差异,围绕学生的个性建立物理情景,使每个学生都能在情景中找到自己的兴趣点,进而主动地思考、交流及知识构建;教师结合每个学生的特点,进行或批评或表扬的适度评价,使每个学生都能认识到自己的优势和不足,非常乐意的接受并进行改正,逐步的实现和谐的课堂
