萋尼石炭酸复红法是抗酸性细菌的一种标准染色技术。据以往一些作者的试验报告,这种染色方法能使组织切片中的各种血吸虫卵产生不同的染色反应。本文作者对动物实验感染和自然感染的曼氏血吸虫、埃及血吸虫、牛血吸虫、S、inter-calatum,S.mattheei,S.rodhaini及曼氏血吸虫与S.rodhaini的杂交种的虫卵进行了试验。将各种宿主的组织标本经Dubosq-Brazil液固定后制成的切片,用Rousset等
萋 Ni carbolic acid complex red method is a standard acid-fast bacilli staining technology. According to previous author’s test report, this staining method can make a variety of tissue sections of schistosome eggs produce different staining reaction. The authors conducted experiments on experimental and naturally infected Schistosoma mansoni, schistosoma haematobium, S. sues, S. interdecalatum, S. mattheei, S. rodhaini, and S. roodhaini hybrids . Tissues from various host tissues were fixed with Dubosq-Brazil solution and stained with Rousset et al.
