介绍车辆侧倾概念和双气室油气连通悬架原理 ,建立单轴 (桥 )连通油气悬架车辆侧倾模型 ,用MAT LAB软件进行仿真分析。利用某型全地面汽车起重机在整车道路模拟试验台上进行试验验证 ,仿真结果和试验结果基本相符。用仿真和试验结合的方法为油气悬架新的结构形式的进一步研究和应用进行了有益的探索。
This paper introduces the concept of vehicle roll and the principle of twin-chamber oil-gas connection and suspension, and establishes a vehicle roll model of uniaxial (bridge) connected hydro-pneumatic suspension. Simulation is carried out with MAT LAB software. Using a certain type of all-terrain truck crane in the vehicle road simulation test bench for test verification, the simulation results and test results are basically consistent. The combination of simulation and experiment is applied to further research and application of the new structure of the oil-gas suspension.
