艺术类学生大学英语教学面临着严峻的考验,一方面社会对艺术生学英语的必要性质疑声不断;另一方面,教师在教学中遇到了前所未有的挑战。本文以桂林旅游高等专科学校为例,从客观条件、教师和学生三方面分析了艺术类学生大学英语教学的困境,并通过对相关文献的研究,结合实践经验,分别对教师和学校有关部门提出了一系列对应的解决对策。认为只有通过学校和教师的全面合作,才能真正提高艺术生大学英语教学的效果。
Art students are faced with a severe test of college English teaching, on the one hand, the social questioning of the necessity of art learning English is on the rise; on the other hand, teachers have encountered unprecedented challenges in teaching. Taking Guilin Institute of Tourism as an example, this article analyzes the plight of art students in college English teaching from three aspects: objective conditions, teachers and students. Through the research of relevant documents and practical experience, this paper puts forward some suggestions to teachers and relevant departments of schools A series of corresponding solutions. It is only through the full cooperation of schools and teachers that we can really improve the effect of English teaching at Art Student University.
