对十二指肠癌及壶腹周围癌通常采用Ｗｈｉｐｐｌｅ手术治疗。但该术式手术范围大，时间长，而且术后并发症发生率及死亡率均较高，５ａ存活率却较低。因此，我们对直径＜２ｃｍ的２例壶腹周围癌和１例十二指肠癌采用局部切除治疗，并取得了满意的近期效果。对该术式的适应证及手术操作进行了讨论 For patients with duodenal cancer and periampullary cancer, Whipple surgery is usually used.
