人教版《普通高中课程标准实验教科书·化学1》中详细介绍了钠与水在常温下的反应及铁粉与水蒸气的反应,那么活泼性处于钠与铁之间的铝与水反应的情形又如何呢?在教材中还有一段文字:“人们常用金属器皿来盛水,也常用铁、铝或铜制的水壶来烧水,说明这几种金属与热水是不反应的。”果真如此吗?为此,笔者巧用注射器设计了一个实验,证明铝与热水是可以反应的。
