研究汽轮机缸体建模的一般方法,基于AutoCAD和有限元建模工具ViziCad,提出了汽轮机缸体建模的一种新思路。根据缸体结构的特点,将缸体分成若干子模块,实施有限元网格自动剖分,得到子模块的有限元模型,再进行子模块粘接,建立整个缸体结构的有限元模型。应用此方法,得到了国产125MW汽轮机低压内缸三维有限元整体模型。
The general method of steam turbine cylinder modeling is studied. Based on AutoCAD and ViziCad, a finite element modeling tool, a new idea of steam turbine cylinder modeling is proposed. According to the characteristics of the cylinder structure, the cylinder is divided into several sub-modules, the finite element mesh is automatically divided, the finite element model of the sub-module is obtained, and then the sub-module is bonded to establish the finite element model of the entire cylinder structure. Applying this method, a three-dimensional finite element model of domestic low-pressure inner cylinder of 125 MW steam turbine has been obtained.
