根据顺丁烯二酸脱水制顺丁烯二酸酐试验的需要,进行了非催化体系中顺丁烯二酸异构化反应动力学研究,得出了反应动力学参数。反应温度130—160℃、转化率<60%时,顺丁烯二酸异构化生成反丁烯二酸的反应为一级反应,确定了反应速度常数K的数值;求出了反应的Arrhenius参数:表观活化能和表观频率因子。并据所得数据对与顺丁烯二酸脱水反应有关的问题进行了探讨。 According to the need of maleic anhydride dehydration to maleic anhydride test, the kinetics of maleic acid isomerization reaction in non-catalytic system was studied and the reaction kinetic parameters were obtained. When the reaction temperature is 130-160 ℃ and the conversion rate is less than 60%, the reaction of isomerization of maleic acid to fumaric acid is the first order reaction and the value of reaction rate constant K is determined. The reaction of Arrhenius Parameters: Apparent activation energy and apparent frequency factor. According to the obtained data, the problems related to the dehydration reaction of maleic acid were also discussed.
