临床抗组胺类药物中毒少见。我们收治一例口服大剂量(2.475克)异丙嗪致深度昏迷并上消化道大出血患者,报告如下。 罗某某,男,71岁,乡村医生,住院号1326。患者于1986年3月24日因与爱人发生口角,下午三时,饮“章贡白酒3～4两”,渐感头晕目眩,且胡言乱语,步态不稳,半小时后,一次吞服“异丙嗪25毫克×99片”。半小时内则昏睡,于当天下午5时30分急送我院。无嗜酒史,溃疡病和肝病史,有慢性支气管炎史。查体:体温不升,Bp120/90,R16,P90,神志不清,呼吸浅表伴鼾声,闻及乙醇味、喉头痰响。皮肤湿冷,无黄染,
Clinical antihistamines are rare. We treated a case of oral administration of large doses (2.475 grams) of promethazine caused by deep coma and upper gastrointestinal bleeding, the report is as follows. Luo Moumou, male, 71 years old, village doctor, hospital number 1326. On March 24, 1986, the patient suffered from an altercation with a sweetheart and drank “Zhanggong Liquor 3 to 4, 2” at 3:00 pm and became dizzy and nonsense.
