报告将头孢噻甲羧肟(ceftazidime,CAZ)配成1%,5%,20%三种浓度,分别在90只豚鼠的中耳局部应用7d后,再分别于停药7d和14d,作组织形态学和听觉功能检查。结果:低浓度(1%,5%)组的豚鼠耳蜗铺片及扫描电镜观察均无明显变化,ABR阈亦无提高。用高浓度(20%)的豚鼠3耳(3/10)扫描电镜见基底回外毛细胞部分融合变性、缺失,内毛细胞、指细胞及柱细胞形态学上无改变;停药后14d之豚鼠有7耳(7/14)ABR阈提高15dB以上。提示低浓度的CAZ对内耳组织形态学和听觉功能无明显损害,有可能开发为高效、低毒的抗生素滴耳剂。
