粉煤灰水浸砖是以粉煤灰为主要原料,免烧、免蒸养,用化学激发剂水溶液浸渍而制成的一种新型墙体材料。具有密度小、强度高、耐久性好、成本比烧结粘土砖低的特点。文中介绍了粉煤灰水浸砖的研究试制过程、生产工艺、分析了形成强度的机理;指出石灰的掺量、引入石灰原料的种类、激发剂品种、浸渍液温度对砖的强度有较明显的影响;最后结合工程实例简述了粉煤灰水浸砖厂的工艺设计及设计特点。
Fly ash water-impregnated brick is a new type of wall material made of fly ash as the main raw material, free burning, no steaming, and impregnated with chemical activator aqueous solution. It has the features of low density, high strength, good durability and lower cost than sintered clay bricks. The paper introduces the research and trial production process of fly ash water-impregnated bricks, production process, and the mechanism of formation strength. It is pointed out that the amount of lime added, the type of lime introduced, the type of activator, and the temperature of the impregnating liquid have obvious effects on the strength of the brick.
