目的:了解不同科室及学历护士糖尿病健康教育知识掌握情况,为促进护士开展糖尿病健康教育工作提供依据。方法:设计调查问卷,随机抽取金华市中医医院内科、外科及妇产科254名护士进行健康教育知识问卷调查。结果:护士糖尿病健康教育知识总体掌握率尚可,为84.89%(2 114/2 490)。其中以低血糖反应的判断及处置、糖尿病饮食控制原则和胰岛素的正确使用知晓率较高,分别为99.19%、97.59%和89.16%。以糖尿病的系列指导知识较低,为70.28%。不同科室护士中,以内科护士对糖尿病健康教育知识掌握率较高,尤其是口服降糖药种类及作用等4项内容,与外科及其他科室护士相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:医院管理者不但要对内科护士加强糖尿病健康教育知识培训,还应扩大临床一线护理人员糖尿病健康教育知识培训的范围,将其他科室的护士也纳为糖尿病防治知识继续教育及培训的对象。让各科护士掌握较为全面的糖尿病健康教育知识点,体现护理人员的整体专业素质。 OBJECTIVE: To understand the knowledge of diabetes health education in different departments and nurses with academic qualifications, and to provide basis for nurses to carry out health education on diabetes. Methods: A questionnaire was designed. 254 nurses from medical, surgical department and obstetrics and gynecology department of Jinhua Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly selected to conduct a questionnaire survey on health education. Results: The knowledge of general health education in nurses was acceptable at 84.89% (2 114/2 490). Among them, the judgments and treatment of hypoglycemic response, diabetes diet control principles and the correct use of insulin awareness rate were 99.19%, 97.59% and 89.16%. Guided by the series of diabetes mellitus was lower, 70.28%. In different departments and nurses, medical nurses had a higher knowledge of diabetes health education, especially the four types of oral hypoglycemic agents and their effects, which were significantly different from those of surgical departments and other department nurses (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: Hospital administrators should not only strengthen the training of knowledge about diabetes health education for medical nurses, but also expand the scope of knowledge training of diabetes health education for first-line nursing staff, and also include nurses in other departments as continuing education and training of diabetes prevention knowledge. All nurses should have more comprehensive knowledge of diabetes health education, reflecting the overall professional quality of nursing staff.
