就枳壳、金柑、华农本地早在各不同温度下的花粉活力、花粉萌发力进行了分析。结果表明,枳壳在28℃时花粉活力最大,其发芽最适温度是36℃,花粉管伸长最快时是在28℃;金柑在38℃花粉活力最大,其发芽最适温度和花粉管伸长最快处均是36℃;本地早在27℃花粉活力最大,其发芽最适温度也是27℃,41℃时花粉管伸长最快,但多为畸形,其正常花粉管伸长最快处在39℃。此外,由枳壳花粉管连续生长动态观察得知,花粉管第1天生长最快,占总生长量的835%,这是控制授粉受精过程最关键的一天。
