[目的]研究笆晒和棚晒两种调制方法对晒黄烟质量的影响,以期为优化晒黄烟调制技术提供科学依据。[方法]将供试烟叶分成2组,分别进行笆晒和棚晒处理,再对处理后的烟叶相关指标进行测定,以评价两种调制方法对晒黄烟品质的影响。[结果]两种调制方法晒制的烟叶均以红黄、正黄色为主,总体外观质量差异较小;三部位烟叶平均总糖、还原糖笆晒高于棚晒,而烟碱、总氮棚晒高于笆晒烟叶,综合化学成分以棚晒烟叶氮/碱更适合、钾含量高,较优于笆晒;中部、下部叶感官质量评吸棚晒比笆晒较好,而上部叶笆晒比棚晒较好,综合感官质量棚晒略优于笆晒烟叶;笆晒设备成本投入是棚晒的2.82倍,晒制场地面积是棚晒的3.27倍,晒制管理用工是棚晒的1.77倍,表明采用棚晒调制方法不仅设备成本投入低、晒制管理省工,且对烟叶晒制质量也能保障。[结论]该研究为合理利用晒烟资源、优化晒制技术提供了科学依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the influence of the two methods of drying and shed drying on the quality of sun yellow smoke, in order to provide a scientific basis for optimizing sun yellow smoke modulation technology. [Method] The tested tobacco leaves were divided into two groups, respectively, sun drying and shed drying treatment, and then the tobacco leaf after treatment related indicators were measured to evaluate the two modulation methods on the quality of sun yellow smoke. [Result] The two kinds of tobacco leaves prepared by the two methods were mainly red, yellow and yellow with little difference in the overall appearance quality. The average total sugar and reducing sugar in the three parts were higher than those in the shade, while nicotine and total nitrogen Shed sun above the sun drying tobacco leaf, the comprehensive chemical composition to shed tobacco leaf nitrogen / alkali is more suitable, potassium content, better than the sun drying; middle and lower leaves of the sensory quality of the sun shelter better sunburn drying, while the upper leaves Sun tan better than the shed, the overall sensory quality of the sun is better than the pen drying sun tobacco; sun drying equipment costs are shed 2.82 times the sun, sun room area is shed 3.27 times the sun, sun management workers are shed drying 1.77 times, indicating that the use of studio sun modulation method not only low investment in equipment costs, drying management and labor-saving, and sun-cured tobacco quality can be guaranteed. [Conclusion] The study provided a scientific basis for the rational utilization of drying tobacco resources and optimization of drying technology.
