党务工作是国有酒店管理工作的重要组成部分,其在国有酒店经营管理中扮演着重要角色,发挥着不可替代的重要作用。新时期下国有酒店经营环境发生了很大的改变,酒店党务工作中出现了很多的新问题、新情况,这客观上要求国有酒店要加强党务工作不足的诊断分析,注重党务工作的不断改善,从而促进党务工作水平的全面提升。为此,本文对于国有酒店党务管理的重要意义进行了具体的探讨,系统分析了当前国有酒店党务工作方面存在的不足,并围绕这些不足提出了具体的解决策略。
