运用DNA重组技术对单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型(HSV-1)DNA分子的BamHI C片断进行了次级克隆,建立了该基因片断中8个片断的无性繁殖系。同时利用核酸限制性内切酶的多酶解技术,对该片断作了酶谱分析。
The BamHI C fragment of herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1) DNA molecule was subcloned by DNA recombination technique, and 8 clones of this gene fragment were cloned. At the same time, the enzyme digestion analysis of this fragment was carried out by using the multi-enzymatic technique of nucleic acid restriction endonuclease.
