目的:观察大鼠肺再灌注损伤早期外周血中性粒细胞(PMNS)膜CD18的变化。方法:SD大鼠20只,随机分为正常对照组、缺血组、再灌注30min组及再灌注60min组,测定各组左肺湿/干质量(mW/mD)比及肺动脉压,取颈动脉血观察PMNSCD18水平的变化,计数PMNS。结果:再灌注30min组与60min组左肺mW/mD比及肺动脉压均较对照组明显增高(P<0.01);再灌注30min组PMNS膜CD18水平较对照组明显升高(P<0.01);再灌注60min组较再灌注30min组又进一步增高(P<0.01);再灌注60min组外周血PMNS计数较对照组减少(P<0.05)。结论:大鼠肺再灌注损伤早期外周血PMNS膜CD18水平增高,PMNS计数减少。
Objective: To observe the change of CD18 in peripheral blood neutrophil (PMNs) in early stage of lung reperfusion injury in rats. Methods: Twenty SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, ischemia group, 30 min reperfusion group and 60 min reperfusion group. The left lung wet / dry mass ratio (mW / mD) and pulmonary arterial pressure Arterial blood samples were collected to observe the changes of PMNSCD18 levels and PMNS count. Results: Compared with the control group, mW / mD ratio and pulmonary arterial pressure in left lung of 30 min and 60 min after reperfusion were significantly higher than those of control group (P <0.01). CD18 of PMNS in reperfusion 30 min group was significantly higher than that of control group .01). Compared with the control group, the number of PMNS in the 60 min reperfusion group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: The level of CD18 in PMNS of peripheral blood of rats with lung reperfusion injury increased and the number of PMNS decreased.
