对体育与非体育专业大学生的课余体育锻炼态度进行了问卷调查,结果显示:体育专业学生较非体育专业学生有更好的行为习惯、行为态度、行为意向和行为控制感,但是行为认知得分低于非体育专业学生;男性较女性有更好的行为习惯、行为态度和行为控制感,但主观标准低于女性。研究提示要充分重视性别差异在体育锻炼中的作用,对体育专业学生应提高其对锻炼的认知能力。
The results of questionnaire survey showed that PE majors had better behaviors, attitude towards behavior, behavior intention and behavior control than non-PE majors, but the score of behavior cognition Lower than non-physical education students; men have better behavior, attitude toward behavior and behavior control than women, but the subjective standard is lower than that of women. Research suggests that full attention should be paid to the role of gender differences in physical exercise, and physical education students should improve their cognitive ability to exercise.
