目的 :检测急性白血病细胞 Ki- 6 7的表达 ,探讨其临床意义。方法 :免疫荧光方法检测白血病细胞 Ki- 6 7阳性率。结果 :Ki- 6 7阳性率在 0~ 5 0 .4%之间。急性淋巴细胞性白血病阳性率明显高于急性非淋巴细胞性白血病(P <0 .0 1)。初发时白细胞 <30× 10 9/ L的急性淋巴细胞性白血病病例 ,Ki- 6 7阳性率明显降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :不同类型白血病细胞增殖状态不同 ,且较低的 Ki- 6 7阳性率有可能是预后良好的指标。
Objective: To detect the expression of Ki- 6 7 in acute leukemia cells and to explore its clinical significance. Methods: Immunofluorescence method was used to detect the positive rate of Ki- 67 in leukemia cells. Results: The positive rate of Ki- 6 7 was between 0 ~ 50.4%. The positive rate of acute lymphoblastic leukemia was significantly higher than that of acute non-lymphocytic leukemia (P <0.01). In the cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia with initial white blood cells <30 × 10 9 / L, the positive rate of Ki- 6 7 was significantly lower (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Different types of leukemic cells have different proliferative status, and the low positive rate of Ki- 6 7 may be a good prognostic indicator.
