目的建立微乳液相色谱法同时测定广东紫珠中5,4′-二羟基-3,7,3′-三甲氧基黄酮、鼠李秦素、华良姜素、岳桦素、毡毛美洲茶素5种黄酮成分。方法微乳体系组成的流动相为:2.2%SDS-1.5%正辛烷-7.75%正丁醇-0.5%三乙胺-88%水(用H3PO4调节pH3.7),色谱柱为Hypersil BDS C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)柱;检测波长350 nm;流速0.8 mL.min 1;进样量10μL;柱温为30℃。结果广东紫珠中5种黄酮成分在30 min内达到完全分离,在1.520~72.25μg.mL 1内,5个黄酮成分的线性相关系数r≥0.999 5,平均回收率99.6%~100.5%。结论本方法可应用于中广东紫珠中5种黄酮成分的含量分析。
OBJECTIVE To establish a microemulsion method for the simultaneous determination of 5,4’-dihydroxy-3,7,3’-trimethoxyflavone, rhamnosyl, galangin, beryllium, Five flavonoids. Methods The mobile phase composed of microemulsion system was 2.2% SDS-1.5% n-octane-7.75% n-butanol -0.5% triethylamine -88% water adjusted to pH3.7 with H3PO4 and the column was Hypersil BDS C18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm). The detection wavelength was 350 nm. The flow rate was 0.8 mL.min 1. The injection volume was 10 μL. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The results showed that the five flavonoids in Radix Vigna angularis were completely separated within 30 min. The linear correlation coefficients of five flavonoids in the range of 1.520 ~ 72.25 μg.mL 1 were r ≥ 0.99 5 with the average recovery of 99.6% -100.5%. Conclusion This method can be applied to the content analysis of five flavonoids in Radix.
