贵金属纳米粒子/碳量子点纳米材料结合了贵金属纳米粒子和碳量子点的优点,是一种非常有前途的功能材料。近年来,国内外对其制备方法及应用研究逐渐增多,已广泛应用于表面增强拉曼光谱、传感、催化和抗菌等方面。碳量子点表面含有丰富的基团,既可以作为电子供体也可作为电子受体,在贵金属纳米粒子的制备中已经得到了很好的应用,制备过程高效、环保且形态可控。本文概述了近年来银纳米粒子/碳量子点和金纳米粒子/碳量子点复合纳米材料的制备方法及其应用,并对前景进行了展望。
Precious Metal Nanoparticles / Carbon Quantum Dot Nanomaterials combine the advantages of noble metal nanoparticles and carbon quantum dots and are a promising functional material. In recent years, domestic and foreign research on its preparation methods and applications has been gradually increased, has been widely used in surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy, sensing, catalysis and antibacterial aspects. The surface of carbon quantum dots is rich in groups, which can be used as both electron donor and electron acceptor. It has been well applied in the preparation of noble metal nanoparticles. The preparation process is efficient, environmentally friendly and controllable in form. In this paper, the preparation methods and applications of silver nanoparticles / carbon quantum dots and gold nanoparticles / carbon quantum dots composite nanomaterials are summarized. The prospects are also forecasted.
