目的观察玻璃体切割硅油充填术治疗先天性脉络膜缺损合并视网膜脱离的临床效果。方法回顾分析安阳市眼科医院经玻璃体切割硅油充填手术治疗先天性脉络膜缺损合并视网膜脱离患者5例5眼的临床资料。男2例,女3例,年龄16～28岁,病程1～8个月。术后6～12个月硅油取出。结果硅油取出后随访6～18个月。5只眼全部视网膜解剖复位,视力均有不同程度提高。结论先天性脉络膜缺损合并视网膜脱离行玻璃体切割硅油充填治疗效果确切。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of vitrectomy silicone oil injection in the treatment of congenital choroidal defects with retinal detachment. Methods The clinical data of 5 patients (5 eyes) with congenital choroidal defects and retinal detachment underwent vitrectomy and silicone oil filling surgery in Anyang Eye Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. 2 males and 3 females, aged 16 to 28 years old, duration of 1 to 8 months. After 6 to 12 months silicone oil removed. Results Silicone oil was removed after follow-up 6 to 18 months. All 5 eyes retina anatomic reduction, visual acuity improved to varying degrees. Conclusion Congenital choroidal defects combined with retinal detachment vitrectomy silicone oil filling the exact effect.
