现代企业管理要做到以人为本,必须让企业的管理者树立正确观念。首先要对人本管理的产生、内涵、模式形成正确认识。其次利用人的内在自律性因素有效规范和引导人们的行为,充分发挥人的主观能动性,使企业的竞争力得到增强,从而充分体现以人为本管理的精髓。 Modern enterprise management to be people-oriented, we must allow business managers to establish the correct concept. First of all, a correct understanding of the origin, connotation and mode of humanistic management should be formed. Second, using the inherent self-regulatory factors of people to effectively regulate and guide people’s behavior, give full play to the subjective initiative of the people so that the competitiveness of enterprises is enhanced, so as to fully embody the essence of people-oriented management.
