目前,国内外用于研究成人呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的实验动物模型,主要是由静脉内注入油酸或内毒素及其他多种方法来复制。但这些模型有的在病因上,有的在病理变化方而,有的在模型复制的稳定性方面,更重要的是在血气变化等方面与临床存在着较大的差距。鉴于ARDS多发生在严重创伤后,特别是多发性长管状骨骨折病人,提示其发生与自身骨髓成分的释放有着某种关联。为此,本室自1982年在广泛收集有关资料的基础上,经反复试验,首次发现静脉内注入同种家兔长骨骨髓提取液(简称“髓液”),可复制出与临床相似、较为稳定、可靠的急、慢性RDS动物模型。现报道如下:
