以从皮革废弃物中提取的胶原蛋白为原料,制备了多肽酰胺表面活性剂,探讨了物料配比、溶液的pH值、反应温度以及溶剂用量对合成反应的影响,并研究了产品的表面活性。结果表明:合成的最佳条件为月桂酰氯∶复合多肽液∶丙酮=1∶2∶2(体积比),pH值10,温度为常温。
