以某地下室火灾后检测鉴定与加固实例为背景,介绍了火灾后房屋建筑安全性检测鉴定过程以及受火损伤构件的加固处理方法。实践证明,对火灾后的建筑结构进行检测鉴定,要结合受火时间和最高温度,可燃物的类型及数量、可燃物燃烧后的状态,构件受火后的变形和颜色变化,结构材料性能的退化等,综合判定构件受损程度,掌握结构构件的受损情况,为后续加固设计提供技术依据,以据此确定合理的加固方案。
Based on the background of detection, identification and reinforcement of fire in a basement, this paper introduces the detection and identification process of building safety after fire, and the method of strengthening the damaged components. Practice has proved that the detection and identification of the building structure after a fire should be combined with the time and maximum temperature of the fire, the type and quantity of combustibles, the state of combustibles after combustion, the deformation and color change of the components after fire, and the performance of structural materials. Degradation, etc., comprehensively determine the degree of damage to components, master the damage of structural components, and provide technical basis for subsequent reinforcement design, so as to determine a reasonable reinforcement scheme.
