咳嗽晕厥(Cough Syncope)或咳嗽综合征(CoughSyndrome)在我省未见报导,现将在临床遇到的一例报告如下:患者男性、57岁、工人。于1982年3月24日夜10时许,因短阵剧烈干咳后,随即意识不清而倒地,经5～7秒自行恢复,恢复后无任何不适,即来就诊。自诉从1981年11月至此次发病前有7次同样发作史。8次发作中有4次因吸烟,2次因吸冷空气而诱发剧咳的。8次发作前后均无恶心、呕吐、抽搐、尿失禁、 Cough Syncope or Cough Syndrome was not reported in our province.
