观察了预缺血对培养乳鼠心肌细胞缺血再灌注损伤的影响。结果发现,经预缺血诱导的,C肌细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性升高,与缺血再灌注组(I-R)比较,经典预适应组(CPC)和延迟预适应组(LPC)乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)释放减少,心肌细胞存活率升高,脂质过氧化减轻,膜流动性增加。提示:培养乳鼠心肌细胞存在延迟预适应,其机制与预缺血提高心肌细胞抗氧化酶的活性、增加缺血再灌注时自由基的清除有关。
The effect of ischemic preconditioning on ischemia-reperfusion injury in cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes was observed. The results showed that the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in C myocytes was increased after pre-ischemia, compared with the I-R group, the changes of the CP group and the delayed preconditioning group (LPC) lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release decreased, myocardial cell survival increased, lipid peroxidation reduced membrane fluidity increased. It is suggested that there is a delayed preconditioning in cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes. The mechanism is related to that preconditioning improves the activity of myocardial antioxidant enzymes and increases the clearance of free radicals during ischemia / reperfusion.
