根据国家电网公司资产全寿命周期管理特点,提出了电网资产外部环境影响因素的范围,构建了基于传递熵的改进TOPSIS环境影响识别模型,编写了Matlab工具箱计算、分析及识别外部环境因素对资产的综合影响程度,并引入传递熵确定各评价专家的权重。实例结果表明,该方法简便,从根本上改变了传统的电网资产管理方式,避免了权重确定的主观性,为电网公司资产战略的制定提供了决策支持。
According to the characteristics of life cycle management of assets of SGCC, this paper proposes the scope of external environment influencing factors of power grid assets, builds an improved TOPSIS environment impact recognition model based on transfer entropy, and compiles the Matlab toolbox to calculate, analyze and identify the impact of external environmental factors on assets The comprehensive impact of the degree, and the introduction of transfer entropy to determine the weight of each evaluation expert. The case study shows that the method is simple, and fundamentally changes the traditional management method of power grid assets, avoids the subjectivity of weight determination, and provides decision support for the formulation of power company asset strategy.
