柱塞气举具有液体滑脱小,举升效率高的优点,在低压低产气井中广泛应用。川西气田已实施的5口井均取得了较好的效果,但柱塞气举属于自身能量型的气举方式,需要间歇关井恢复套压确保柱塞顺利运行。在低压气井中,柱塞气举实施后期面临关井恢复套压的时间长、甚至柱塞无法正常运行的难题。本文提出了助能柱塞气举工艺,通过车载压缩机向气井油套环空注气实现快速增加套压,采用人工注气代替地层供气实现气井能量增加,从而有效缩短柱塞气举的关井时间,提升柱塞气举举升效率。该工艺在经川西气田成功应用后表明,助能柱塞气举工艺能有效促进低压低产气井柱塞气举举升效率提升,为低压气井柱塞气举运行维护提供了有力保障.
The plunger gas lift has the advantages of small liquid slip and high lifting efficiency, and is widely used in low pressure and low production gas wells. All the five wells in the western Sichuan gas field have achieved good results. However, the plunger gas lift belongs to the gas energy lift mode of its own energy, and the intermittent shut-in well needs to be restored to ensure the smooth operation of the plunger. In low-pressure gas wells, the implementation of plunger gas lift faces a long time to recover from casing pressure recovery, and even the plunger can not operate normally. In this paper, the gas lift technology of assisted plunger is put forward. The rapid increase of casing pressure is realized by the air injection of the oil well in the vehicle compressor, and the artificial gas injection is used instead of the formation gas supply to increase the energy of the gas well, so as to effectively shorten the gas lift of the plunger Shut-in time, enhance the plunger lift lift efficiency. The successful application of the technology in the west Sichuan gas field shows that the gas lift assisted process can effectively promote the gas lifting efficiency of the low pressure low gas production well and provide a powerful guarantee for the gas lift operation and maintenance of the low pressure gas well.
