人力资源管理模式是企业人力资源管理战略和实践活动的综合概括。本文基于Schuler的战略人力资源管理模式的框架,通过对20名管理培训生的深入访谈剖析了国际酒店集团中国籍管理培训生项目的运作模式,以及与国际酒店集团已有的人力资源管理模式的关系。结果发现,中国籍管理培训生项目属于承诺型人力资源模式,并且该项目能在实施控制型人力资源管理模式的酒店中运行,两种人力资源管理模式形成共生关系,但是两种人力资源管理模式仍然存在一定的冲突,为此本文最后提出承诺型与控制型人力资源管理模式协调共生的管理建议。
Human resource management model is a comprehensive summary of human resources management strategy and practice activities. Based on the framework of Schuler’s strategic human resource management mode, this paper analyzes the operation mode of the international hotel group Chinese management trainee project through in-depth interviews with 20 trainee trainees as well as with the existing human resources management mode of Hospitality Group relationship. As a result, it is found that the Chinese trainee management trainee project is a commitment-based human resources model and that the project can be operated in a hotel with a controlled human resource management model. The two human resource management models form a symbiotic relationship, but two human resource management models There are still some conflicts. To this end, the paper finally put forward the management suggestion of coordinated and symbiotic commitment and control human resources management mode.
