为提高仓库的管理水平,实现仓库系统和制造系统的完美衔接,使仓库能满足制造系统的出入库要求,必须改善仓库中存在的货物存放不合理等问题,提高仓库的利用率以及减少制造系统中的原材料的堆积。本文主要对仓库库存分配进行研究,通过运用AHP建立的库位分配模型对提出的三个库位分配方案进行求解比较,然后选出最优的方案,从而提高仓库的管理水平以及提高仓库的利用率。
