我院门诊以米非司酮(息隐)行药物性流产后有2例发生宫腔粘连,继发性假性闭经。现报告如下。一、临床资料2例均为青年女性,已婚未育。因早孕(<49天)而来我院门诊要求中止妊娠。口服米非司酮和米索前列醇3天后均见绒毛球完整排出,以后偶有少许阴道出血,无周期性腹痛;术后3月仍无规律阴道出 My courtyard clinic to mifepristone (interest implicit) line of medical abortion after 2 cases of intrauterine adhesions, secondary pseudo-amenorrhea.
