应用同型号未涂层、TiN涂层和TiCN涂层硬质合金刀具进行切削试验 ,用KISTLER三向测力仪、电荷放大器和PC机组成的切削力数据采集系统进行三向切削力采集。试验表明在切削过程中PVD涂层硬质合金刀具的切削力随刀具进给量、切削深度、切削速度的变化规律与未涂层硬质合金刀具相同 ,但涂层硬质合金刀具的切削力明显小于未涂层硬质合金刀具的切削力
The same type of uncoated, TiN-coated and TiCN-coated cemented carbide tools were used for the cutting test. Three-dimensional cutting force was acquired by using KISTLER three-way dynamometer, charge amplifier and PC cutting force data acquisition system. Experiments show that the cutting force of the carbide-coated PVD-coated carbide cutting tools varies with the amount of tool feeding, the cutting depth and the cutting speed. The cutting force of the coated carbide cutting tools is the same as that of the uncoated carbide tools Significantly less cutting force than uncoated carbide tools
