采用石英砂负载壳聚糖吸附去除污染海水中的氨氮,并进行SEM、FTIR表征分析。在单因素实验的基础上,采用Box-Behnken响应面法考察pH值、改性砂投加量、改性砂粒径3个因素对氨氮去除率的影响及交互作用,并建立改性砂吸附氨氮的多元二次响应面回归模型。结果表明:各因素对氨氮去除率的影响主次顺序为:改性砂投加量>溶液pH值>改性砂粒径,最适宜吸附条件为:pH=7.08,投加量77.4 g/L,粒径0.8 mm,此条件下氨氮的去除率为78.86%,与预测值相符。
Adopting quartz sand loaded chitosan to adsorb and remove ammonia nitrogen in polluted seawater, SEM and FTIR characterization analysis were carried out. Based on the single-factor experiment, the effects of pH value, dosage of modified sand and modified sand particle size on ammonia-nitrogen removal rate and interaction were investigated by Box-Behnken response surface method, and the adsorption of modified sand Multiple quadratic response surface regression model of ammonia nitrogen. The results showed that the order of the factors affecting the ammonia nitrogen removal rate was as follows: the dosage of modified sand> the pH of solution> the size of modified sand.
