随着发电机组参数的提高(压力为亚临界,过热蒸汽温度高达550℃),金属腐蚀的热力学倾向增加,锅炉设备材料对水汽运行工况的敏感度也提高,腐蚀反应速度加快。在同一水质条件下,18.3MPa压力下的锅炉金属的腐蚀比3.8MPa压力下的中压锅炉金属的腐蚀速度增加了30~35倍。同时,高参数条件下锅炉炉内水化学工况也发生变化,炉管管材的腐蚀形态也相应发生改变。本文结合国内外大容量高参数机组多年的运行经验,着重论述高参数锅炉的几种腐蚀形式及预防措施。1高参数锅炉水化学工况高参数锅炉补给水一般采用一级化学除盐+混床系统处理,有的锅炉还进行凝结水精处理,确保
With the increase of generator set parameters (the pressure is subcritical and the temperature of superheated steam is as high as 550 ℃), the thermodynamic tendency of metal corrosion increases. The sensitivity of boiler equipment materials to water vapor operation is also improved, and the corrosion reaction speed is accelerated. Under the same water quality conditions, the corrosion rate of boiler metal at 18.3MPa pressure is 30-35 times higher than the corrosion rate of medium pressure boiler metal at 3.8MPa pressure. At the same time, the boiler water chemistry conditions also changed under the condition of high parameters, and the corrosion morphology of furnace tubes changed correspondingly. In this paper, combined with many years of operating experience of large-capacity high-parameter units at home and abroad, several kinds of corrosion forms and preventive measures of high-parameter boiler are emphatically discussed.
