目的了解实时消毒灭菌方法在国际旅行卫生保健中心采血室的应用效果。方法利用臭氧(O_3)消毒机对采血室进行消毒灭菌后再采样进行检测。每次实验时采集3组不同的空气样本进行比较:1组为工作时间内未消毒灭菌的空气样本,2组为工作时间内实时消毒灭菌后的空气样本,3组为休息时间内消毒灭菌后的空气样本。采样时每个房间放置3个细菌计数培养皿,每次采9份标本。对样本进行培养并进行菌落计数。结果连续采集12周的标本,检测结果表明经过消毒灭菌后的采血室空气细菌菌落数为105~314cfu/m~3,空气质量合格。结论可以利用臭氧消毒机对采血室进行实时消毒灭菌。
Objective To understand the application of real-time disinfection and sterilization methods in the blood collection room of International Travel Health Care Center. Methods Ozone (O_3) disinfection machine was used to sterilize the blood collection chamber before sampling. Three different air samples were collected for comparison at each experiment: one group was air samples that had not been sterilized during working hours, two groups were air samples after real-time sterilization and sterilization during working hours, and three groups were disinfection during rest time Sterilized air samples. Samples were placed in each room 3 bacteria count Petri dishes, each mining 9 specimens. The samples were cultured and colony counted. Results The samples were collected continuously for 12 weeks. The results showed that the number of airborne bacterial colonies after sterilization was 105 ~ 314cfu / m ~ 3, and the air quality was acceptable. Conclusion The ozone disinfection machine can be used to disinfect blood collection room in real time.
