瑜伽这种源自远古印度文化哲学的运动体系,集修神、修身、修德与一体,以其特有的姿势和冥想术以及良好的健体功能和精神调节、心理调适的功效,吸引着广大的青年学生。本文通过论述瑜珈的发展及其在高校的发展状况,论证瑜伽运动在高校体育课中开展的可行性,并提出了实施的相关建议。
