金融危机给全球艺术品市场带来巨大的冲击。2008年上半年,身处金融风暴中心的纽约苏富比春拍收入较前两季递减6%,拍品多在估价区间或略高价成交。中国市场也未能独善其身。2008年春拍延续了昔日的风光,总成交额突破125亿元,同比增长46.7%。但下半年形势急转直下,“收藏市场缩水50%”几乎成了中国2008秋拍的代名词。而中国书画市场,却仍旧一枝独秀。
The financial crisis has had a huge impact on the global art market. In the first half of 2008, Sotheby’s New York, the center of the financial crisis, recorded a 6% drop in revenue compared with the previous two quarters. Most of the lots were sold in the valuation interval or at slightly higher prices. The Chinese market also failed to excel. Spring 2008 continued the old scenery, total turnover exceeded 12.5 billion yuan, an increase of 46.7%. However, the situation in the second half of the year withered away. “The collection market has shrunk by 50%” and has become almost synonymous with the 2008 Autumn Auction in China. The Chinese painting market, but still thriving.
