结肠癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一。随着现代科技水平的发展，结肠癌的诊治水平也有很大进步。主要为术前准备及国手术期处理质量的提高，扩大了根治性手术的范围，为Ⅰ期结肠癌的根治性切除创造了良好条件，并争取到了宝贵时间、结肠癌根治术后五年生存率由60年代的50～60％提高到70～80％。本文就近年来在结肠癌的治疗方面涌现出的新动向，作一回顾性总结。
