以新癸酸钕/氢化二异丁基铝/四氯化硅为催化剂合成了顺丁橡胶,并用叔丁基氯对该顺丁橡胶进行了原位环化改性。结果表明,在丁二烯质量浓度为0.05g/mL、聚合温度为50℃的条件下,丁二烯单体可以环化并聚合成可溶性、无凝胶的环化顺丁橡胶,且单体转化率超过了80%,其中环化顺丁橡胶的环化度可用Cl/Al(摩尔比)来调节。
Butadiene rubber was synthesized by neodymium neodecanoate / diisobutylaluminum hydride / silicon tetrachloride and the in situ cyclization modification was carried out with t-butyl chloride. The results showed that the butadiene monomer could be cyclized and polymerized into soluble, gel-free cyclized butadiene rubber under the conditions of a butadiene concentration of 0.05g / mL and a polymerization temperature of 50 ℃, and the monomer The conversion rate exceeds 80%, where the cyclization degree of cyclized butadiene rubber can be adjusted with Cl / Al (molar ratio).
